Sunday we had Stan, Brian, Clay, Chris and Tom fishing with us for the first time. Chris had fished on the RUN-OFF a while back once. We had a sporty ride out into the 6' seas that were stacked on top of each other. But, the Wesmac just ate it up all day long. We had to stop and wait for a Water Spout to pass by us on the way out too. We ran through a couple nasty storms throughout the morning. Lot's of rain and clouds until about 11:00. Then the sun came out, the clouds cleared and the seas laid right down. It made for a great afternoon on the water. We picked away at the Mahi's through out the day again. The guys had a great time and they have plenty of fresh fish for many dinners to come.
We ended up with 14 Mahi's

Saturday we had Boyces group fishing with us again. Of course we had Gary back with us too. I can't forget Gary because he is the North Carolina State BBQ Champion. So, needless to say we all ate like kings baby!!! Gary's BBQ is the heat I tell ya. My goodness I am getting hungry just thinking about it now. The boys wanted meat meat and more meat. So, we went looking for meat. The fishing was spread out through the day. There were a couple times where nothing was going on and then all the sudden we would get hit. We caught a Blackfin on the bridge pole first thing in the morning which was a added bonus to the day. We picked at the Mahi's all throughout the day as well.
We ended up with 14 Mahi, 2 Wahoo, 2 King's and 1 Blackfin Tuna
